I am a designer, composer, and audio engineer.
I design logos, illustrations, ux/ui, web, game interface, print and packaging. My experience has been with multiple design agencies and software companies including Peel Interactive, Fuel Container, Lighthouse, Microsoft and Real Networks, and have been a freelancer and consultant for over 20 years. My goal is to collaborate with people who share my interests in design, technology, music and gaming, at a fun and diverse company that allows it’s employees the freedom be themselves. I have the deepest respect for anyone in a creative role and love to work and be around them. My other love is audio creation. My experience stems from childhood classical piano training. In the 1980’s I became involved with rock and “grunge” bands in Seattle, and have been on multiple albums, soundtracks and recordings. My recent work includes two new albums in 2016, and three compilation albums in 2014 and 2015. I operate a complete digital studio in my home, and every once in a while you can see me play live 🙂
“An old surrealist trick was to take images that had no business being together and plopping them into the same image. Your mind wants to make associations. Design does that all the time.”
“It’s through mistakes that you actually can grow. You have to get bad in order to get good.”
“Content precedes design. Design in the absence of content is not design, it’s decoration.”
